１．その物件は都市ガスか（プロパンガスはボッタクリ業者多し） ２．共有部分を歩いたときに足音が響かないか（入居したときに他の住人の足音が気になる） ３．排水口の配管はちゃんとＳ字配管になってるか（蓋で閉じるタイプの真直ぐな配管は下水の臭いがする） ４．その物件のゴミ置き場を見てきちんと分別されて汚れてないか（ＤＱＮの住人がいると汚い。夜中騒いだりします） ５．エアコン付の物件ならエアコンＯＮにして臭いがしないか確認（クリーニング業者はエアコンまでクリーニングしない。 管理会社独自でやってるところは良心的）
